Low Testosterone And Increased Chances Of Death Through A Heart Disease
Published by admin | Filed under Health & Fitness
A UK based research suggests that reduced testosterone levels increase the chances of death for men with a heart ailment. However, it is still not clear if the low testosterone levels in men are the cause of heart diseases or if they worsen the heart ailment. Additionally, researchers are also not sure if hormone replacement therapy is useful in this regard.

Some doctors suggest that hormone replacement therapy helps resolve the problem; however, it is not proved yet. Other doctors are also of the view that clinical trials will be useful in determining the effects of hormone replacement therapy on heart diseases.
These days, hormone replacement therapy is increasingly used by men to enhance their sex drive and feel younger; however, long-term advantages of such a therapy are still to be discovered. The study also claimed that lower levels of testosterones might be able to pinpoint men that are at a risk of dying because of a heart ailment.
Although, some people believe that there is no natural cure or treatment for reduced testosterone levels, it is interesting to note that regular workout and balanced diet can help solve most of these problems. Therefore, men with increased risk of death through a heart disease should lose weight, reduce blood pressure, control cholesterol levels, and quit smoking.
It is always better to be safe than sorry. Therefore, adopt healthy activities to prevent heart diseases.
