Fasting Avoid Sex

• Lie: Telling a Lie.
• Eating: Eating unlawful things.
• Sexual intercourse: Sexual intercourse is strongly forbidden during a ‘fast’ as it voids the fast.
• Smoking: Smoking is also forbidden during a ‘fast’ as it affects the organs.
• Earning: Earning through unlawful means.
• Backbiting: Involve in Backbiting (talking about a person in his absence)
• Your Acts: You are to refrain yourself from such acts which may harm others.
• Employees: Assigning more work to your employees, servants and juniors with such work that it becomes hard for them.
• Quarreling: (We are told that our Beloved Prophet (SAWS) has forbidden us to quarrel when in the state of fasting and if someone persists on this you are to tell the other that you are in the state of fasting and you are not allowed to quarrel.
