Quran Recitation Should Be The Way To Pay Gratitude To The Mightiest

It is our daily observation that most of us would want to go through any “best seller” book that is recommended to us by any of our friends and acquaintances. This is because we know books impart knowledge and wisdom and going through them makes you a learned and wise person.

Well, these are just ordinary books we are talking of. What about a book as sacred as Holy Quran, the true and final word of Allah Almighty:

“Indeed it is We who have sent down the Quran, and indeed it is Us who shall preserve it.” (Surah 15:9)

Since it is a book Allah Almighty has claimed wholly to be His very own, it has to be a book of greatest knowledge and wisdom ever possible as mentioned in at as well:

Al-Baqara [2:2] This is the book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah.

That is why Allah Almighty wants humans to read and recite it, so that they can get the best out of it. That is why true Muslims have always honored Quran recitation greatly. Look what Allah Almighty tells us about this:

“Indeed Allah desires that the Quran be recited in the manner in which it was revealed.”

And

Al-Waqia [56:77] That (this) is indeed an honourable recitation (the Noble Qur’ân).

That is why every true Muslim shall devote his/her time and effort in reciting Quran to be able to show their respect, regard, and gratitude to The One who deserves all praise and submission. Muslim parents should try their best to make sure their children learn quran recitation, so that they can please Allah Almighty to best of their potential.
