“And he is who spread the earth and made in it firm mountains and rivers, and of all fruits he has made in it two kinds; he makes the night cover the day; most surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect” (13:03).

Today’s society assesses the holy Quran differently from the real purpose of its revelation. In general very small number of people in Islamic states knows the real meaning of Quran. The lack of knowing is the reason of the lack of Quran Reading in Muslim society. Muslims commonly hang the glorious Quran with beautiful cover on the walls or keep it on high place but not paying attention to read or recite it.

If we read Quran carefully then we will realize that the purpose of Quran revelation is totally different of what they perceive. In most of the Quranic verses Allah Almighty mentioned clearly the purpose of Quran revelation that is to invite people to ponder and to reject the rules constraints and beliefs that society impose on them.

We as a human being must think that how we became into human and what is the purpose of us being on earth, why we have to die and live up again and all this is possible through Quran Reading with proper understanding. Then we will realize that the entire universe is made by the one superior power (Allah). We can see the harmony, sympathy wisdom and a proper plan in every creation of Allah Almighty.

Faith is the key to be close to Allah and his nature so that we can bitterly perceive Allah’s creations and perfections. We can see that the entire world is composed of Allah’ signs. Human breathing, sun rising, rain fall, atom, cosmic harmony even a small piece of matter is the sign of God. Quran itself invites all mankind to explore the miracles of nature only we need to do is focus.

“And what he has created in the earth of varied hues most surely there is a sign in this for a people who are mindful”.

As we see in these verses, people of understanding see the signs of God and try to comprehend His eternal knowledge, power and art by remembering and reflecting on them, for God’s knowledge is limitless, and His creation flawless.
