The Significance Of Memorizing The Holy Quran

Published by cyberdesignz | Filed under Qur'an, Quran Education, Quran Recitation, Religion, learn quran

The Quran is a divine revelation and is hence considered to be the most sacred book of guidance present in this world. For all Muslims, it is essential to read, understand and follow the teachings of the Holy Quran as it is guaranteed to show the right path to its followers.

The Prophet (PBUH) once said,

“Verily he who has nothing of the Quran in his heart, is like a house (which has been) destroyed.”

This Hadith tells us that how important it is for Muslims to memorize the Quran and understand the message of Allah. This Hadith also depicts the importance of Quran for Muslims. Therefore, if you are a Muslim and do not have any home based Quran tutor available to you, you should start be registering yourself to Quran online classes to learn and memorize the word of Allah.

It is also believed that Quran memorization opens the mind and allows individuals to enhance their learning capabilities. If you try to learn or memorize Quran, it seems difficult in the beginning, but since it is the word of Allah, it gets easier to memorize this divine revelation of Allah.

Quran is the most sacred book on this planet and since its revelation upon the Prophet (PBUH), not a single word of Quran has been modified or altered. This is because Allah Himself protects this book as it contains the message of Allah.

Through Quran, Allah directly communicates with His beings and for this reason, the importance and the need to memorize or at least recite Quran regularly increases manifold.
