Why teach Quran to others

The Holy Quran is the lifeline of Islamic Ideologies, a miraculous book with not even a single word changed ever since first verse of it revealed to the greatest of all, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) well over 1400 years ago. Ever since then the faithful ones have been busy learning and teaching Quran , as this is something most cherished by God Almighty Himself, such as:

Al-Baqara [2:121] Those to whom We have sent the book! study it as it should be studied; they are the ones that believe therein; those who reject faith therein the loss is their own.

And

Al-Araf [7:2] A book revealed unto thee― so let thy heart be oppressed no more by any difficulty on that account that with it thou mightest warn (the erring) and teach the Believers.

This is evident enough of the fact that God Almighty not only encourages the act of learning Quran but equally important is to teach Quran. In the most cherish able times of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), there was a dedicated team of Sahaba (RA), remembered by the name of “Ashab e Suffah” who were devoted to learn and teach Quran.

Therefore, being true followers to the preferences of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) we shall  readily learn and teach Quran.

Modern technology has made it convenient for us to learn and teach Quran by offering us the medium of Internet through which a huge population of Muslims learn and teach Quran and the number grows greatly every passing day.
